Core Features
48V LiFePO4 Battery Powered
PowerCore uses an external 48V LiFePO4 battery as its primary power source.
Once the battery is connected through the dedicated 48V IN port, the entire system is powered and ready to supply connected equipment.
It is suitable for applications requiring extended operating time, including outdoor equipment, portable pump systems, field equipment, and other 48V DC-powered devices.
Dual-Voltage Output
A single battery can support equipment operating at two different voltage levels.
48V OUT
Provides direct 48V power for higher-power equipment such as:
Water pumps, mobile work equipment, 48V DC devices, and other equipment designed for 48V operation.
12V–13.6V OUT
The built-in DC-DC converter steps the 48V battery voltage down to a low-voltage DC output suitable for:
12V water pumps, lighting systems, control equipment, cooling fans, and other 12V-class DC devices.
This eliminates the need to carry a separate 12V battery.
Built-In DC-DC Power Conversion
PowerCore integrates a 48V to 12V–13.6V DC-DC conversion system.
The 48V main battery serves as the central power source, while the internal power system distributes the appropriate voltage to different equipment.
This helps reduce the need for:
Multiple batteries with different voltages, separate DC converters, exposed fuse holders, and complicated temporary wiring.
The result is a cleaner and more centralized power system.
Multiple Electrical Protection Systems
PowerCore is designed with multiple layers of electrical protection for outdoor and mobile applications.
The integrated protection system includes:
Circuit breakers, fuses / fuse protection, individual circuit protection, and DC conversion protection.
If a connected device experiences an abnormal condition or excessive current draw, the protection system helps reduce the risk of further electrical damage while making it easier to isolate and troubleshoot the affected circuit.
Real-Time Battery Monitoring
The front panel features an integrated digital Battery Coulometer.
It allows users to monitor important battery information in real time, including:
Remaining battery percentage, remaining capacity, voltage, current, power consumption, and accumulated operating data.
Compared with estimating remaining battery capacity based only on voltage, coulomb-based monitoring provides a much clearer indication of actual battery usage, especially during long outdoor operating sessions.
Independent Power Control
The front panel includes a dedicated power control switch for convenient system activation and shutdown.
The circuit breaker, output controls, and battery monitoring system are all positioned on the same front control panel, allowing the user to manage the system without repeatedly disconnecting the battery.

PowerCore combines these functions into one integrated system.
Once a 48V battery is connected, the system provides:
