GoldPulse.pro mainly serves customers in mainland China. We collect and use information only where it is needed for browsing, ordering, delivery, after-sales support and customer communication.
Information we may collect
- Account information, such as username, email address and telephone number.
- Order information, such as products, quantities, prices, coupons, payment method and order status.
- Delivery information, such as recipient name, telephone number, address and carrier-required identity details.
- After-sales information, including descriptions, follow-up records, images and video attachments.
- Visit-source information, including UTM parameters, attribution codes and landing-page data used to assess campaign performance.

- Process orders, delivery and after-sales requests.

Information protection
We do not actively sell personal information. Payment secrets, server passwords and administrator credentials are never displayed on storefront pages. Internal after-sales notes are available only to administrators handling the request.
